Due to the overwhelming enthusiasm for MHM 2009, the Potawatomi Inn is now full. You can still register using the Commuter Fee, which includes all conference sessions, materials and meals at the Inn.

Rooms are available at the local Holiday Inn Express (260-833-6464). Please contact the hotel directly and identify yourself as an MHM participant in order to get the negotiated conference rate.

If cancellation occurs before October 1, $30 administration fee is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs before November 1, $145 fee is non-refundable.
Total conference cost is non-refundable if cancellation occurs after November 1.
