Registration simply requires submitting the below information and a non-refundable $150.00 deposit per adult, per program. Upon receiving this form and deposit, MTI will confirm your registration with you. Please do not make travel arrangements until you receive this confirmation. Your program registration will not be confirmed until the deposit is received by MTI.

We strongly urge a re-entry adjustment period of 4-6 weeks in the US prior to attending DAR, in order to maximize your DAR program experience.

All adult registrations are based on double occupancy.

TRANSFER AND CANCELLATION POLICY Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $150/adult per program is required upon registration. Transfer: Any transfer results in the loss of your full deposit and requires an additional $150/adult per program deposit to be placed in new program dates. Cancellation: Cancellation results in the loss of your full deposit. If you cancel or transfer within two weeks of the start of a program, you will lose your full deposit plus a cancellation fee of $150/adult totaling $300/adult. This fee is deducted from any program payment monies already collected, billed to your credit card information on file or billed to your agency. Late transfers and cancellations can result in others not being able to participate in MTI’s program. Final payment: Final payment for the full balance of the program is due two weeks before the program start date. I have read and understand the Financial Arrangements and agree to the terms.
