Deposit ($150/adult) is required upon registration or transfer into a program. Full program payment is required no later than two weeks prior to the program start date.
Up to Two Weeks prior to the program start date
- No Deposit Refund will be issued for Cancellation or Transfer to a new program date (a new deposit will be required).
Within Two Weeks of the program start date
- No Deposit Refund will be issued and a Full Deposit Fee will be charged for Cancellation or Transfer to a new program date (a new deposit will be required)
In the case of a No Show/No Prior Cancellation on the first day of the program, the Full Program Cost will be charged with no refund.
Any charges will be deducted from monies paid or billed to the payer (you or your agency)
All conference cancellations incur a $150 fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 30 days of the conference.
