Financial Integrity
At Mission Training International, financial integrity is more than good practice — it reflects our commitment to honor God and our partners. We believe every gift is significant, which is why we steward donations with prayerful care, transparency, and accountability.
Financial Stewardship
At MTI, stewardship matters deeply. Every dollar entrusted to the ministry is used with care and intentionality to support meaningful impact.
All donated funds go directly to MTI programs that strengthen the thriving of cross-cultural workers. No administrative fees are taken and no percentages are deducted, ensuring each gift is fully applied to its intended purpose.
Our Commitment to Financial Accountability
MTI is committed to the highest standards of financial integrity, operating with transparency and careful stewardship so that every dollar received supports our mission of equipping and strengthening cross-cultural workers and their families. Financial decisions are guided by biblical principles, external accountability, and consistent internal diligence.
An independent auditor conducts an annual review of our finances, and we voluntarily participate in evaluation by nonprofit financial accountability organizations. MTI maintains top-level recognition from Candid and accreditation from the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, reflecting our ongoing commitment to trust, transparency, and responsible stewardship. Based on our IRS classification, we are not required to file Form 990.
Our Leadership
Board of Trustees
Our national Board of Trustees helps define and protect MTI’s vision and mission, ensuring that all corporate activities remain aligned with our strategic ministry objectives. The board also provides oversight and accountability in financial decision-making, helping ensure that resources are stewarded wisely and with integrity.
Executive Leadership
Our Executive Leadership Team oversees the development and effectiveness of MTI’s ministry, providing direction for strategy, planning, resource allocation, coordination, and change management. Their leadership also helps ensure that financial decisions reflect careful stewardship, responsible use of resources, and alignment with MTI’s mission and values.
